Policy Stack's advisor scenarios suite publicly supports debt sequencing, income modeling, and financing comparisons today. Debt Sequencer, Income Stacker, and Financing Modeler are live for every paid Practice tier. Additional tools remain behind the advisor preview allowlist while they are prepared for release.
Available Today
Debt Sequencer
Models paying off external obligations using free a payment first, highest rate first, lowest balance first, and the user's own payoff order, plus an optional whole life banking layer using existing available cash value or new-policy funding assumptions. The builder walks through the same four steps as the consumer tool — Your Debts, Your Banking System, Your Modeled Path, and Compare — so prospects can see how different paths affect their timeline and interest paid.
Best for: Prospects with external debt who are exploring whether whole life banking fits into their broader financial picture.
Income Stacker
Models annual income withdrawals from starting policy cash values with growth and inflation assumptions over a 30-year horizon. The advisor scenario is a policy cash-value projection; the consumer Income Stacker tool models promissory notes.
Use for: Comparing modeled annual withdrawals and remaining cash value. Withdrawal Start is a projection year from 1 to 30, not a calendar year.
Financing Modeler
Compares paying cash, third-party financing, and a policy-loan funding path for the same purchase and replacement schedule.
Best for: Clients and prospects comparing the modeled cost and long-term position of recurring purchases.
In Preview (Allowlist Only)
The remaining scenario tools are accessible to a small allowlist of preview advisors. If you'd like early access while these tools harden, reach out to support@policystack.co.
- Policy Loan Repayment Modeler — interest-only, retail-rate, custom, and capitalize-interest paths against the same policy-loan inputs.
- Capital Velocity Calculator — system-level cycling math over time.
- Cash Value Projector — carrier illustration values modeled across future policy years.
- Capital Runway — modeled capacity and obligation timing.
- Family Banking Engine — multi-person and long-horizon banking-system modeling.
The Template Library expands alongside the broader scenario suite as more tools move from preview to live.
Creating and Saving Scenarios
Debt Sequencer, Income Stacker, and Financing Modeler are available to every paid advisor from Practice → Scenarios. Preview-allowlisted advisors also see the in-preview tools. Choose Client, Prospect, or Standalone context before creation; inputs then auto-save in the builder, and Calculate refreshes the results. Client and Prospect context establish the applicable household or deal link at creation.
Sharing Scenarios
Every saved scenario can be shared via a link. Open the scenario, click Share, choose an expiration, and generate a unique URL. The link opens a read-only results page; no Policy Stack account is required.
The public link shows the scenario title, calculated results, modeled status, and configured advisor branding. It does not expose builder inputs or the rest of the practice workspace.
