Integrations let Policy Stack work with the tools your practice already uses. You connect a tool once. After that, you can bring its information into your client work.
Where to find it
- Open the left menu
- Choose Practice Tools
- Choose Integrations
Integrations used to live inside Practice Settings. It now has its own page. Old links and bookmarks still bring you to the new page.
What you can connect today
| Tool | What it does for you | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | Copies your contacts and one sales pipeline into Policy Stack once a day. | Connect GoHighLevel |
What’s coming later
These are planned. You can see their cards, but you can’t connect them yet:
- Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Gmail). It will bring a Google Meet transcript into a client’s timeline and send the follow-up emails you approve from Gmail.
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, and Calendar)
- Slack
- Zoom
- Loom
- Calendly
- YouTube
- Your own OpenAI or Claude key
Each one will get a working card when it’s ready.
Three rules every connection follows
- You approve access first. Each tool shows you what Policy Stack is asking to see before anything connects.
- You decide when it isn’t clear. Anything the GoHighLevel sync isn’t sure about waits in Prospects for you to decide. Policy Stack never merges two records on a guess.
- Nothing changes in the other tool. The GoHighLevel sync only reads. It never writes anything back.
