Every connection asks for as little access as it needs. This page lists what each one can do, what Policy Stack keeps, and who can use it.
Google Workspace (coming later)
Google Workspace isn’t available yet. When it is, here’s what it will and won’t be able to do:
| Can | Can’t |
|---|---|
| Read meetings on your main Google Calendar | Change or delete meetings |
| Read a Google Meet transcript when one exists | Record meetings or turn on transcription |
| Send a follow-up email when you choose Send | Read your inbox, see your drafts, or send an email on its own |
GoHighLevel
| Can | Can’t |
|---|---|
| Read contacts and the one pipeline you picked | Read tags or notes |
| Read deals in that pipeline | Change, add, or delete anything in GoHighLevel |
What Policy Stack stores
- Sign-ins and tokens are stored encrypted. They never appear on screen after you save them.
- Contacts and deals from GoHighLevel are saved in your practice. A contact becomes a prospect or client only after someone on your team confirms it.
Who can use a connection
Connections belong to your practice, not to one person. Team members who work inside your practice use the same connections. For example, everyone on your team works from the same GoHighLevel sync.
Only the practice owner or a team admin can connect, reconnect, or disconnect a connection. Other team members can use it but can’t change it.
What the AI assistant can do
The AI assistant can’t use your connections. It can’t connect accounts, read your calendar or email, create drafts, or send messages. It can only explain how the screens work.
Turning access off
- GoHighLevel: choose Disconnect on the card, then delete the Private Integration in GoHighLevel.
