A clearer operating view

Your money.
Your data.
Your control.

Policy Stack helps you see, track, and manage the banking system you have built — with the context to know what is recorded, what is modeled, and what you control.

Why it exists

The problem is not a lack of information. It is fragmentation.

Policies live in carrier portals. Loan activity lives in statements. Deployments live in spreadsheets and memory. Over time, the story of the system gets harder to see — even when the underlying records exist.

Policy Stack brings those pieces into one place so the record can stay connected, legible, and useful through the next decision.

The question that started it

What happens after the policy is placed?

Placing the policy is a start. The work that follows is staying engaged with the system: recording what happened, seeing how capital moves, and keeping the relationship between the policy, the loan, and the thing it helped fund.

The policy is the vehicle. The strategy lives in the execution.

“I built Policy Stack because I wanted it. I needed a clearer way to see and stay engaged with my own banking system.”
Natalie Siedschlag with her family

When the system became real

A family opportunity made the question impossible to ignore.

At our kitchen table, my husband Tyler and I were looking at a whole life policy with available cash value when an opportunity came up to move family closer to us.

We took a policy loan and bought the property. Whole life banking stopped being an idea and became a living system connected to a real family decision. I wanted better visibility and accountability as it grew.

The vision

Imagine five years from now.

It's Thanksgiving at the home of one of your best clients. Someone asks, “How is the banking system working out?”

Instead of reaching for an illustration, your client opens Policy Stack. They show the family system they have built: the policies, cash value, loans, related assets, and capital that has moved through the system over time.

It is a living record of years of intentional execution. Someone at the table leans in and asks where to start.

The answer

“Talk to my advisor. They helped me build this, stay engaged with it, and know where to go next.”

That is the future Policy Stack is built to support: clients who can see their progress, advisors who can coach with better context, and relationships that continue after the policy starts.

01

Your money

See the moving parts together: policies, loans, repayments, deployments, assets, and household goals. A connected record makes the system easier to understand over time.

  • •Policies and available cash value
  • •Loans, repayments, and deployments
  • •Assets, liabilities, and household context

02

Your data

Every number has a place in the record. Keep recorded values distinct from planned, projected, modeled, computed, and overridden values.

  • •Clear source and date context
  • •Actual and modeled values kept distinct
  • •Documents and notes alongside the record

03

Your control

Policy Stack gives you tools to record, compare, and share your system. You choose what to track, what to model, and what to make visible to an advisor or household member.

  • •A private workspace for your system
  • •Optional advisor and household sharing
  • •Exports that preserve context and provenance

Security is part of control

Your financial record deserves more than a login screen.

Policy Stack is built around the sensitivity of policy values, loan balances, capital deployments, and household information. The controls are layered into storage, access, sharing, and the application itself.

✓

Access is scoped at the database layer

Row Level Security is used to scope access to authorized records. Financial values are also protected individually with AES-256-GCM at rest and encrypted in transit.

✓

Advisor access follows the relationship

Advisor access follows the accepted relationship and its disclosed practice scope. Depending on that relationship, active advisors in the same practice may access the shared client data; access is not open to unrelated practices.

✓

AI access is task-specific

AI features run through authenticated application routes. The application checks access before it retrieves the information needed for a task.

✓

Review and export stay with you

AI outputs are presented for review. Policy Stack records critical account and access events in an audit trail.

We do not sell your financial data.AI inputs are not used to train models without your explicit consent. You can export or delete your data.

Founder-led, user-first

Policy Stack started with a personal need for clarity.

Founder, Policy Stack

I'm not an insurance agent. I'm a whole life banking practitioner who built Policy Stack because I wanted better visibility into my own policies and a better way to stay engaged with my banking system.

My professional background is leading large enterprise IT programs for government agencies, including software platforms and developer teams serving more than 400,000 users. I brought those same product-management and engineering disciplines to Policy Stack as an accountability and engagement platform for policyholders.

I built the platform from a user's perspective, but I don't build it alone. Three experienced practitioners help shape the roadmap, validate new features, and keep the work grounded in real problems for policyholders and advisors.
