- Update any field — changes auto-save as you go
Profile Fields
Basic Information
- Full Name — your name as it appears to clients
- Company Name — your practice or firm name
- Tagline — a single sentence describing your practice (80 characters max). Keep it clear and direct: who you serve and what you help them do.
Professional Photo
- Click the photo placeholder or your existing photo
- Select an image file (JPG or PNG, minimum 400×400px)
- Crop using the circular crop tool that appears
- Save — your photo updates immediately
Use a professional headshot with a clean background. Your photo is the first impression clients have of you. Avoid logos, group photos, or informal images.
Bio
Your bio appears below your name on your profile page. Write in first person and focus on:
- Your background in whole life banking
- The types of clients you work with
- Your approach or philosophy (without financial advice language)
The bio field accepts plain text only. Aim for 100–200 words.
Certifications and Credentials
- Click Add Certification in the Credentials section
- Enter the credential name (e.g., CLU, ChFC, CFP)
- Click Add — the credential appears as a badge on your profile
You can add multiple credentials. They display as small badges beneath your name.
Social and Contact Links
Add any combination of the following:
- Website URL — your practice website
- LinkedIn — your professional LinkedIn profile
- Calendar / Booking Link — a Calendly, Cal.com, or similar scheduling link. When present, this powers the Book a Call button on your profile.
Adding a calendar link is the single most effective change you can make to your profile. It lets interested clients book time directly without waiting for an email exchange.
Saving Changes
All changes auto-save. There is no separate Save button — edits are applied as you make them. Your public profile reflects changes within a few seconds of editing.
