Advisor Subscription Plans

Policy Stack offers four advisor plans. Every paid plan includes the full advisor feature set — full CRM, pipeline, smart lists, workflows, analytics, scenarios (Debt Sequencer, Income Stacker, and Financing Modeler live where tier access allows; additional tools rolling out), referral tracking, and personal Builder Pro for your own banking system. Plans differ only by included client seats, branded exports, and directory placement.

What Is a Seat?

A seat covers a client's Builder Pro access — you pay for it as part of your advisor plan, and the seated client gets full Builder Pro with no charge to their card. Seats are independent of connections (a free, separate decision a client makes to share data with you). A client can be connected without being seated, or seated without consuming a connection — see Connected vs Seated.

Adding Seats Beyond Your Plan (Overflow)

If you need more client seats than your plan includes, Practice 10 and above can purchase overflow seats at $15/seat/month without upgrading the entire tier. Practice Solo does not have overflow — its model assumes connected clients self-pay for Builder Pro or use the free Starter tier.
