Capital Runway
Capital Runway is a modeled metric that estimates how long your banking system can sustain current activity — current loan levels, deployment returns, and repayment pace — before approaching the carrier's maximum LTV or another constraint.
Runway is expressed in months and is calculated based on:
- Current cash value growth rate (from policy projection)
- Current loan balance growth rate (from capitalized interest and new borrowing)
- Current repayment rate (from your repayment schedule)
A longer runway means your banking system is in a trajectory where cash value growth is outpacing loan balance growth. A shorter runway is a factual signal that current patterns would approach limits sooner.
Capital Runway is a modeled value — it reflects the inputs you've entered and the assumptions made. Real future values will differ. It is displayed with a Modeled · Illustrative label.
