Repayment Schedule
A repayment schedule is a plan that defines how and when you intend to repay capital to your banking system by paying down a policy loan balance. It is the whole life banking equivalent of a repayment plan, using language that reflects ownership rather than obligation.
A repayment schedule specifies:
- The loan being repaid
- The repayment method (fixed amount per period, lump sum, variable)
- The start date and target completion date
- The source of repayment funds (deployment returns, income, etc.)
Because policy loans have no mandatory repayment, a repayment schedule is entirely self-defined. You set it, you adjust it, and you decide whether to follow it. Policy Stack tracks your actual loan repayments against your schedule and shows progress — it does not enforce or flag deviations as failures.
The Policy Loan Repayment Modeler lets you compare different monthly payment configurations before saving a linked plan.
