Team Seat Billing

Team seats are practice-only assistant seats billed on the advisor subscription. They are separate from client seats.

Pricing

Team seats are billed at $25 per seat per month. The charge appears on the same invoice as the base advisor subscription.

Team Seats vs. Client Seats

Team seats do not give a client Builder Pro access. Client seats do not grant staff access to your practice.

Where to See Billing

Use Practice Settings -> Billing for subscription and invoice details. Use Practice Settings -> Team for the current list of active team members and pending invitations.

Removing a Team Seat

Removing the team member ends their practice access and removes the active team seat from future billing sync. Prior invoices are not changed retroactively.
