Client-Seat Authority
Client-seat authority starts at the team-member level. A member does not need admin status to invite clients, resend client invitations, cancel client invitations, revoke seats, extend seats, or change seat defaults.
Team Administration
Team administration starts at the admin level. Team admins can manage team membership, including invitations, removals, and role changes. Members cannot change who belongs to the practice team.
Billing Administration
Billing remains owner-only. Team admins and members can see practice work, but plan changes, billing portal access, subscription cancellation, and invoice/card management stay with the practice owner.
Personal Workspace Boundary
Team access never opens the advisor owner's personal banking workspace. The team member sees only the practice or agency context granted by the invitation.
