Printing or Saving Scenarios as PDF
Every calculated scenario can open a browser Print view. From there, use the browser's print dialog to print the page or save it as a PDF. On Practice 10 and higher, the view carries the practice logo, company name, and brand color.
How to export
- Open the saved scenario from your Tools list.
- Click Print view in the top action row (next to Share and Present).
- A new browser tab opens with the printable view.
- Use your browser's Print → Save as PDF to download.
The exported document includes:
- Scenario name and description
- Client name (if the scenario is linked to a client household)
- All modeled results — metrics, tables, schedules
- A single
Modeled · Illustrative · Not recordedfooter disclaimer - Your firm logo, company name, and brand color (Practice 10+)
When branding shows up
Practice branding is a Practice 10+ feature. On Practice Solo, Print view still works but does not use custom practice branding.
| Tier | Logo | Company name | Brand color | |---|---|---|---| | Practice Solo | Policy Stack | Policy Stack | Default | | Practice 10 | Your firm | Your firm | Your color | | Practice 25 | Your firm | Your firm | Your color | | Practice 50 | Your firm | Your firm | Your color |
Configure your firm branding under Settings → Practice Profile. Logo should be a transparent PNG, 32px tall at minimum.
When to use the export vs. the share link
Both work — pick based on the audience.
- Print view / Save as PDF — for printed handouts, email attachments, compliance files, or when the client prefers a static document
- Share link — for clients who want to revisit the live scenario, or when you might update the numbers and want them to see the latest version
The export captures the scenario at the moment you exported it. To reflect later changes, generate a new export.
